Welcome to MarySheikoHomeopathy.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Mary Sheiko Homeopathy, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an Indiana limited liability company. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 13 below.
2. Description of Services
Mary Sheiko Homeopathy, LLC offers the following, through this Site and related channels:
• Homeopathic consulting services, governed separately by the Consultation Consent Form executed through our secure eSignature platform prior to the commencement of services.
• Professional document services, purchased directly through this Site and delivered electronically, as described in Section 6 below.
• Affiliate referrals for Similia Homeopathy Software, as described in Section 8 below.
• Software Success Support sessions and Student Mentorship or Professional Guidance sessions, offered to homeopaths, students, and allied practitioners, and governed separately by our Professional Services Consent Form.
Nothing in these Terms modifies or supersedes the terms of any signed Consent Form. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed Consent Form, the Consent Form shall govern for that particular service.
3. Not Medical Advice
Mary Sheiko is a homeopathic consultant, not a licensed medical provider. The information provided on this Site, and through any consulting services, is offered for educational and informational purposes only, and reflects a classical homeopathic perspective. Nothing on this Site or provided through our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing should be understood to replace the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay in seeking it, because of something you have read on this Site or received through our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, and downloadable materials, is the property of Mary Sheiko Homeopathy, LLC, or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Purchases and Delivery of Professional Document Services
Professional document services are purchased directly through this Site, with payment processed securely through Stripe. Upon receipt of payment, completed documents are delivered electronically through Dropbox, typically within the timeframe stated at the point of purchase.
No Refunds. Because professional document services involve custom work prepared specifically for the purchaser, all sales are final once documents have been delivered. No refunds will be issued after delivery has occurred. If you have concerns about a delivered document, please contact us directly, and we will make reasonable efforts to address them.
No Guarantee of Outcome. We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome, result, or effect of any document provided, and purchasers assume full responsibility for their own use of any materials delivered.
7. Payment Processing
All payments made through this Site are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
Mary Sheiko Homeopathy, LLC is an affiliate of Similia Homeopathy Software. This means that when you purchase Similia Software, or a related service, through a link provided on this Site, we may receive a commission or other financial benefit, at no additional cost to you. We share this software because we use it in our own practice, and believe it may be of genuine value to fellow homeopaths. Our affiliate relationship does not change the educational content provided on this Site, and we remain committed to providing an honest perspective.
9. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Similia Homeopathy Software, that are not owned or controlled by Mary Sheiko Homeopathy, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access any such third-party sites entirely at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any legal action or proceeding not otherwise subject to arbitration under Section 15 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of this Site or our services, that cannot be resolved informally, shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Arbitration shall be conducted in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed Consent Form applicable to your use of a particular service, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Mary Sheiko Homeopathy, LLC regarding this Site and the services described herein, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
